SUICIDE SILENCE Films 'Bludgeoned To Death' Video
November 2, 2007SUICIDE SILENCE joined up with acclaimed director David Brodsky (GWAR, THE RED CHORD) this past weekend to shoot a new video for the track "Bludgeoned To Death". The clip is set to capture the band’s unrelenting, frenetic stage energy and look for a special making of the video to be released online in the coming weeks.
SUICIDE SILENCE just kicked off the Hot Topic-sponsored "The Dawn of Destruction" tour, which is a massive headlining U.S. run that is not to be missed. Joining them on this trek are A LIFE ONCE LOST, WALLS OF JERICHO and THE AGONY SCENE. This massive North American assault features a devastating lineup from top to bottom and this fan-friendly, affordably-priced tour is easily going to be one of the most talked about packages going out this fall.
Mark Heylmun (guitars) states: "We just kicked off a headlining run with A LIFE ONCE LOST, WALLS OF JERICHO and THE AGONY SCENE, which we've been excited about for awhile. We're stoked these awesome bands are out with us and hope all the freaks, geeks and headbangers will come party with us. We’re gonna be adding some new shit to the set as well, so come check it out! We also just shot a video for 'Bludgeoned To Death' in Brooklyn with David Brodsky, which was grueling but cool. Since we can't get gnarly in our videos without people saying its too violent or gruesome Dave managed to tame it down a bit while still getting the best out of us. We rocked as hard as we could for a good portion of that day in a dusty basement and I can't wait to see how it turns out. Keep it real and hopefully we will see you soon."
